They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them.

The staff are good and always looking after me, able to get me a taxi whenever i want to go out.

Excellent Hotel owned by Spanghero Family of French Rugby fame, we met Guy Spanghero, rooms and clean comfortable, bed are good, shower Excellent, restaurant very popular, great food, and nice chill out lounge area

Great stay, Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, food is fantastic. My first choice of hotel when in or near to the area

Overall great for the price. Room is sized well and the workers were very kind and helpful. Area around the hotel was also excellent with it being close to the bus stops alongside some restaurants and a mall. Would come again!

First off excellent value,quite easy to find.Pleasant reception staff.Only downside is these budget hotels always seem to attract noisy disrespectful guests and so unfortunately we were woken up several times during the night by inconsiderate guests

Pretty good !!

Lacking some amenities even for a 3 star (fridge, usb outlets etc.) But great service at the desk helping me get an adapter
